Reassurance over urgency

Challenge
Protection made clear, without alarm.
Protection people didn't know they had
Many people in the Caribbean Netherlands are not aware that the money they hold at their bank is automatically protected. Since 2025, the amount that is protected is higher, and the campaign needed to make sure everyone knew it.
A sensitive subject
Communicating about financial safety is delicate. In an unpredictable economic climate, messages about money protection can easily raise concerns instead of calming them.
One message, many islands
The campaign had to reach a diverse audience across Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, spanning different languages and levels of financial literacy, without causing alarm.

Process
Calm, clear, and translated for everyone.
Calm before clear
Given the sensitive nature of the topic, we chose a transparent tone over urgency. The intention was to reassure, not to worry, and to make the message feel safe from the start.
One simple line
We translated a complex financial scheme into everyday, recognizable situations. The core message became clear and universal: your money is automatically protected. For everyone.
Across every channel
We designed a full set of assets covering social media ads, explainer videos, display ads, billboards, posters and brochures. Coverage that met people wherever they were.

Solution
A message people could trust.

Three languages, one story
