Robin will also join the management team and take charge of the agency’s creative branch, further strengthening Profound’s vision for creativity and innovation.

Robin Pas is a renowned name in the Dutch advertising world, with an impressive career spanning several decades. Over the years, he has won numerous prestigious national and international awards for his work. Robin began his career at Y&R Amsterdam and went on to work with some of the top agencies in the Netherlands. In recent years, he led his agency, Energize, where his expertise and creativity resulted in groundbreaking campaigns with global impact.
