Your main goal at Profound
As a Strategic Client Partner, you're a project manager with a strategic edge. Your number 1 goal is to lead a portfolio of clients from strategy to delivery: you own the scope, planning, budget and stakeholder management, and grow the relationship as the client's single point of contact at Profound.

Your main responsibilities will include
Project management — You own the scope, planning, budget and stakeholder management for every project in your portfolio. You lead the multidisciplinary team behind it, and keep quality, budget and deadlines on track.
Strategic direction — You steer the strategy process together with the Creative Strategist. You translate client goals into sharp briefs, then present and defend the strategy to the client.
Client leadership — You are the client's trusted, single point of contact. You spot opportunities before the client asks, and turn that trust into growth.
Creative and technical direction — You give conceptual direction to the creative team and steer development work. You explain technical choices to clients in plain language.
AI-powered ways of working — You use AI to speed up planning, briefing and reporting. That frees up your time for strategy and relationship building.
What you already bring to the table
- 4+ years of experience in a strategic, creative-lead or senior client role at an agency. A background as an entrepreneur or senior PM with strong strategic and commercial instinct works too.
- Strong strategic and business writing skills. You're comfortable presenting to, and challenging, clients at C-suite level.
- Working knowledge of web, app and software development. Enough to brief, judge and explain it.
- Fluent in Papiamentu and English. Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in your daily work.
- Familiarity with Curaçao or the wider Caribbean market.
- Must be located in Curaçao.
