Sales & Growth Support

Your main goal at Profound

As a Sales & Growth Support, your number 1 goal is to drive sales and chase opportunities. You manage your own pipeline of proposals, working closely with Strategic Client Partners, writing proposals and closing deals while also supporting the broader Growth Department in terms of Business Development.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Writing and following up on proposals for inbound leads, either for new clients or for existing customers.
• Identifying and following up on upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
• Setting appointments for the growth team with prospects and existing clients.
• Supporting the Growth team with CRM management: keeping the pipeline clean and analyzing sales reports.

What you already bring to the table

• Strong communicator, both verbal and written. You write clearly and convincingly.
• Proactive and self-directed. You can take ownership and follow through without being asked.
• Organized and detail oriented: deadlines matter to you.
• Affinity with sales and business development.
• You speak and write English fluently, Dutch and Papiamentu is a pro.
