Performance Marketer

Your main goal at Profound

As a Performance Marketer you will take on the role of data expert and analytics specialist. You have the mindset to help customers grow through data-driven solutions and involve both the customer and your fellow specialists. Together with the team you ensure that the customer achieves his goals.

You use your analytical and technical skills to implement marketing campaigns and data tracking, and you know how to put AI to work in your day-to-day operations. You're also comfortable being the face of your work: presenting results and working directly with clients. In addition to your technical insight, project management and communication skills are also of great importance.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Implementing, managing and optimizing SEA campaigns (Google Ads);
• Implementing, managing and optimizing social media ad campaigns;
• Optimizing websites using SEO;
• Setting up and managing data tracking, using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and KPIs;
• Working with AI tools to speed up and improve campaign and data workflows;
• Collaborating with other departments, such as developers and designers;
• Presenting results and being the client-facing contact for your accounts;
• You solve customer data issues, for example by making analyses from Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Search Console.

What you already bring to the table

• A HBO (Higher professional education) / WO (University) work and thinking level;
• Understanding of SEO, SEA and social media advertising;
• Strong client presenting skills (online or in-person);
• Being able to interpret data and write reports that every type of client can understand;
• A responsible, data-driven, and punctual mindset and a team player attitude;
• Proficient in speech and writing in English. Papiamentu and Dutch are a plus.
