Your main goal at Profound

As Country Manager Bonaire, your number 1 goal is to be the face of Profound on the island. You build and grow our local network, bring in leads, and actively contribute to the success of projects and collaborations on Bonaire through your local expertise.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Actively building and expanding Profound's network on Bonaire, and bringing in leads.
• Joining sales conversations, pitches, and client introductions together with Profound's Growth Team, and proactively spotting new opportunities.
• Meeting biweekly with WeCoordinate to align on shared sales, ongoing projects, and market developments, and helping strengthen that partnership.
• Sharing local market insight that shapes Profound's marketing efforts on Bonaire, from event sponsorships to companies ready to invest.
• Representing Profound in local social initiatives and helping decide which ones are worth supporting.
• Bringing local strategic insight to marketing and website projects while building strong client relationships as the trusted point of contact on Bonaire.
• Running Bonaire projects within Profound's existing tools and ways of working, so quality and handovers stay consistent.
• Building lasting client relationships, anticipating their needs, and spotting chances to grow existing accounts.

Since December 2025, our presence has grown through a partnership with WeCoordinate, including our own office at Kaya Korona. From here, we continue building strong collaborations across the island.
