(Junior) Online Marketer

We at Profound; a young and dynamic digital innovation agency that helps companies become more successful in today’s digital world - are looking for a (Junior) Online Marketer to join our awesome team.

Your main goal at Profound:

As a (Junior) Online Marketer, your number 1 goal is to help clients grow their online presence using online advertising across search engines and social media, in addition to website optimization.

Are you ready to Make it Happen?

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating, managing and optimizing SEA campaigns (Google Ads);
• Creating, managing and optimizing social media ad campaigns;
• Optimizing websites using SEO;
• Data analytics and reporting by using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Excel;
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performances and KPIs;
• Conducting keyword research and staying updated on industry trends;
• Collaborating with other departments, such as developers and designers;
• Assisting other departments with (creative) input if needed;
• Working closely together with clients to translate their marketing goals into online campaigns.

What you already bring to the table

Basic qualifications:

• A minimum of HBO (College) / WO (University) work and thinking level;
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEA and social media advertising;
• Comfortable presenting in front of clients (online or in-person);
• Being able to interpret data and write reports that every type of client can understand;
• A responsible, data-driven, and punctual mindset and a team player attitude;
• Proficient in speech and writing in both Dutch and English. Papiamentu is a plus.

Very appreciated as a plus

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of AI applications in the digital environment;
• Basic web development/coding knowledge;
• Ability to generate creative copy, written content, and marketing ideas.
