Wiebe Wijga

As Profound’s Scrum Master, Wiebe is a facilitator who ensures that the Scrum team follows its assigned processes. He skillfully removes obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting its objectives. He also works with our different teams and coaches and teaches them about the Agile way of working.

Wiebe studied Law at Hanze University in Groningen and has previously worked as a scrum master in the Netherlands for an insurance firm and a utility company. He is a family man who enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, 1-year-old child, and two Caribbean dogs in his spare time. He also enjoys DIY projects around the house and is an avid collector of Nike Air Max 1 sneakers.
