As our Chief Customer Officer, Clifton oversees Profound’s marketing and customer experience activities. He also supervises our activities with regard to assisting businesses in optimizing their customer experience management.
Clifton joins Profound with over 20 years of experience in Senior Management positions in economy-related areas. This includes senior positions in commerce, marketing & branding, communication, and customer experience management. He has worked in the fields of Hospitality & Tourism, Aviation, Airport & Airlift Business Development, Banking, Oil Refinery, Health Care and Consultancy. He has a master’s degree in Business Administration (major in Management, minor in finance) from the University of Curaçao. This was a combined master’s program with the Curaçao Institute for Social Economic Studies, together with the Dutch universities of Nijenrode and Groningen and the Economic Institute of Boulder attached to the University of Colorado. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication and Journalism from the Hogeschool Windesheim in the Netherlands.
