April 13, 2019As our Development Manager, Alvin is a senior developer who supervises the activities of Profound’s development team.
Born and raised in Curaçao, Alvin moved to the Netherlands for his studies and went on to live and study there for 20 years. His financial background soon brought him into contact with the internet in 1996, and he subsequently started his own web design company in 1998. Since 2001, his full-time focus has been web development-related activities, becoming a managing partner at the companies Jaze, Nettics, Contentics, and Villaro. Upon his return to Curaçao, he worked at Eleqt, Tix, Qanoa, and Spin Internet Media, where he worked as a Lead Developer and Operations Manager. While there, he also created an extensive custom CMS system with the codename Chipmunk.
