Boudino de Jong
Boudino moved to the Netherlands from his native Curaçao to attend the University of Groningen, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in International Business and his master’s degree in Business Administration – Strategic Innovation Management. He became a Personal Banking Investment Advisor at the Groningen branch of the Dutch multinational banking corporation ING Group. He subsequently did an exchange at the University of Barcelona, where he attended a workshop on Entrepreneurship and majored in European Integration, Economic Policy, and Market Consumption Sociology.
Sometime after he resumed his studies in the Netherlands, he founded and became the Managing Director of Profound in 2012. Throughout his stay in the Netherlands, he kept close ties with the Caribbean, becoming involved in two enterprises: Don Caribe and Skempi. The latter is an online music streaming platform for independent artists worldwide, now an offshoot agency of Profound, and the former is a virtual logistics provider to retail and consumer markets, in which he was the CIO (Chief Innovation Officer). With his return to the island in 2015, he continued to develop Profound into the marquee digital agency it is today, rolling out several new innovative platforms such as the widely successful loyalty program Skenicash and further specializing in FinTech to bring about disruptive innovations in the financial sector.

Gino Jacobs
Gino co-founded Profound’s offshoot agency Skempi with Boudino and has been a Managing Director at Profound since 2016. He has been a key factor in the agency’s immense growth and subsequent entrance into international markets in the ensuing years, providing a helicopter view on the different activities to optimize its services. He has also played a pivotal role in elevating the agency’s organizational culture, having launched a series of intellectually stimulating courses under an initiative titled Profound Academy. These courses help sharpen the mental capacity of Profound employees, which subsequently elevates their work performance.
Gino attended Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in International Business Management and immediately thereafter his master’s degree in Strategic Management, in which he graduated cum laude. His talent for leadership and ambitious mindset shined through as he climbed the corporate ladder at the Dutch asset management firm Robeco, going from sales agent to several management positions in a span of four years. In 2012 Gino returned to his native island Curaçao, where he worked as a Senior Consultant at Bearingpoint Caribbean and later as Commercial Director at Extura (2016).

Katiana Kleist
Katiana’s function as our Finance Director entails overseeing the financial department and also ensuring the company’s financial health. She studied Business Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and obtained her degree in Business Administration at the University of Curaçao.
Before working at Profound she had worked for a year at the Chinese consulate in Curaçao as an assistant to the Consul General and for four years at a small Trust company on the island where she ran all of their daily activities. Her primary interests are spending time with family and friends.

Nico Osorio
Nico is one of the very first employees of Profound. As a Project Director, he supervises all the ongoing projects and leads the Project Management team in their activities. With certain clients, he serves as a Project Manager himself. He also sits with all of the developers to streamline the technical strategies that will meet the clients’ demands. In addition, he has played an integral role in leading Profound’s digital transformation activities for several of our clients in the financial sector.
Nico was born in Colombia and raised in Curaçao. He studied at the College of the Dutch Caribbean, where he obtained his degrees in System Administration and Network Administration. After graduating, he started working at Lovers, a food and beverage company in Curaçao, as an IT Assistant. A few years later, he joined the workforce of a Dutch e-commerce company on the island, where he acquired the position of IT Coordinator. He subsequently became an independent IT Online Consultant there. In 2014, he moved back to Medellin, his native city, to explore new business opportunities. He lived there for two years before returning to Curaçao to join the Profound team.

Nikki Dijkshoorn
As one of our Project Directors, Nikki also supervises all the ongoing web development projects and leads the Project Management team in their activities to ensure the timely completion and high quality of our services to clients. In addition, she supervises activities of the Project Management department that maximize profitability and ensure an efficient workflow. She has also played a vital role in the delivery of several of our prominent web development projects.
Nikki was part of the founding team of the Children’s Museum Curaçao and has a bachelor’s degree in Archaeology from Leiden University and a master’s degree in Museology from the University of Amsterdam in The Netherlands. Her interests include cooking a variety of dishes, spending time with and eating out with friends, and exploring new places.

Tim Raemakers
Tim has been working as a Business Solution Specialist at Profound since April of 2018 and he focuses on helping companies in the region reach their commercial goals utilizing the digital landscape. He was born in the Netherlands and lived there until the beginning of 2018, when his love for the island life brought him to Curaçao at the beginning of that year.
Tim studied Commercial Affairs at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. After his study, he worked for ten years in Sport Management, focusing on Account Management and Sales for sporting events. His interests include diving and beach tennis.

Liz van de Laar
As Profound’s Creative Marketing Director, Liz is responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategies for all our clients. In addition, she is responsible for managing, guiding, and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the Creative Studio department.
Liz comes to Profound with a stellar career in Creative Management positions at several advertising and brand communication agencies in Curaçao. She also has experience working at a communication agency in Amsterdam, where she was tasked with art direction, brand management, graphic design, and overseeing all other aspects of the designing process. These experiences have endowed her with an exceptional branding acumen. Liz has a decorated academic background, with a degree in Information Technology from the ICT Academie Utrecht, a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Art Direction from the Grafisch Lyceum Amsterdam, a master’s degree in Design and Visual Communications and a degree in Art Direction from the Junior Academy for Art Direction in Amsterdam.

Alvin Bakker
As our Development Manager, Alvin is a senior developer who supervises the activities of Profound’s development team.
Born and raised in Curaçao, Alvin moved to the Netherlands for his studies and subsequently lived and studied there for 20 years. With a finance background, he came in contact with the internet in 1996 and started his own web design company in 1998. Since 2001, his full-time focus has been web development-related activities, becoming a managing partner at the companies Jaze, Nettics, Contentics, and Villaro. Upon his return to Curaçao, he worked at Eleqt, Tix, Qanoa, and Spin Internet Media, where he worked as Lead Developer / Manager Operations and subsequently created an extensive custom CMS system with the code name Chipmunk.

Matthijs Wardenier
Matthijs is our Managing Director for Profound Netherlands. He has a passion for everything agile and digital. His leadership approach is focussed on experimentation through iterative product management and he is uniquely adept at successfully delivering complex digital projects. Matthijs has a unique vision on organisational design and applies agile values to foster an environment in which people can thrive.
Matthijs was born in Curaçao and went on to continue his studies in the Netherlands. At the RSM Erasmus University in Rotterdam, he completed his MSc Business Administration in both Finance & Investments and Business Information Management. After completing his studies, he constructed a career in which he made significant contributions to the UX design practices of the Adidas Group Headquarters in Germany, was the Chief Product Owner of the KLM mobile apps for iOS and Android and was involved in many projects at well-known dutch brands such as Bijenkorf, Marktplaats, and Transavia.
Finance & Office

Katiana Kleist

Ennie Evers
As Profound’s Financial Assistant, Ennie is charged with assisting our Finance Director in keeping track of our financial transactions and optimizing all processes with regard to Profound’s finances.
She comes to Profound with several degrees and certificates in Bookkeeping and Business Administration from several educational institutions in the Netherlands. She also has very ample experience in Financial Administrative positions at several companies in different industries in the Netherlands and Curaçao. In her spare time, Ennie enjoys swimming, shopping, and engaging in social activities.

Lise Anna Janson
As our Human Experience Manager, Lise Anna focuses on the human experiences within Profound, such as recruitment and personal and professional development. And with her training from the Agile People program in the fundamentals of leadership, coaching, and HR, she aims to apply her extensive knowledge on these subjects to create the right structures so all Profounders can continue to excel, innovate, and develop.
Lise Anna’s academic background includes a Master of Science degree in Governance and Policy and a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies, both obtained at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. She started her professional career at Jonge Honden, a junior consultancy company in The Netherlands, of which she quickly became one of the co-owners. This led her to develop a spin-off of this company in Curaçao titled BrightMinds Caribbean. It has a strong focus on personal and professional development. She also founded Slim Opgewekt Caribbean, which is a company that expends efforts to create social impact by making schools more sustainable. Her interests include swimming, bicycling, and running.

Rhoda Rosales
As our office manager, Rhoda is tasked with managing and catering to the office needs of the team and making sure all the logistics surrounding the building are being handled accordingly.
Rhoda earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Curaçao’s former HOGMA (Hogere Opleiding voor Gedrag en Maatschappij, which is Dutch for Higher Education for Behavior and Society). Rhoda joins Profound with extensive experience in Ambulatory Care and Process Director positions in a number of Curaçao institutions and projects. She is also a life coach and a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI). She has held various board positions in the organization’s Curaçao chapter, JCI IOBA Curaçao, including Local President and Local Secretary. In her spare time, Rhoda enjoys reading, watching tv, playing softball, taking fitness walks, and going to the beach, among many other activities.
Business Development

Tim Raemakers
Tim has been working as a Business Solution Specialist at Profound since April of 2018 and he focuses on helping companies in the region reach their commercial goals utilizing the digital landscape. He was born in the Netherlands and lived there until the beginning of 2018, when his love for the island life brought him to Curaçao at the beginning of that year.
Tim studied Commercial Affairs at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. After his study, he worked for ten years in Sport Management, focusing on Account Management and Sales for sporting events. His interests include diving and beach tennis.

Tirzah Statia
As Profound’s Customer Success Manager, Tirzah is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with our clients in order to assist them in meeting their objectives. This includes both the onboarding and offboarding phases, with clients receiving individualized attention at all times.
Tirzah has a bachelor’s degree in Retail Management from ROC Twente in the Netherlands, and she comes to Profound with considerable experience in retail assistant manager, senior account manager, and key account manager positions at companies in the Netherlands and Curaçao. She has also worked as a project manager for the North Sea Jazz Festival in Curaçao, and she continues to do so for select events on the island. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, snorkeling, and attending courses about Curaçaoan history. She has also been an energetic participant in many Carnival parades in Curaçao, her native island, which she adores.

Gerson Eleonora
As Content Manager, Gerson is responsible for creating, writing, and managing content so as to achieve Profound’s business objectives. His other responsibilities include exploring ways to repurpose existing content throughout our clients’ websites, responding to website and project feedback, and implementing changes to the site’s layout and content. He works closely with Profound’s web and development team on the last one. Additionally, he writes and sends out email newsletters.
Gerson studied a double major in English Linguistics and Spanish, as well as Communication Sciences at the VU University Amsterdam in The Netherlands. He also has a certificate from two Creative Writing courses he attended at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Daan Swaders
As a Junior Business Solution Specialist, Daan assists the Business Solution Specialist in his activities to help companies reach their commercial goals. He is also laying the groundwork for future interns in this department, as well as conducting market research on the Trinidad and Tobago market for Profound.
Daan is currently studying Digital Marketing at the Hanze Hogeschool in the Netherlands. His interests include going out with friends, traveling, and fitness.
IT, Web & Digital Services

Mariana Pereira
As a Project Manager, Mariana supervises every detail of the process during the entire cycle of a project, from conception to product delivery. She works closely with the client in order to deliver the final envisioned product.
Mariana comes to Profound with experience in Sales Advisor and Assistant to the Manager positions in Spain and Curaçao. In the latter position, she worked at an engineering company where the coordination and management of the company’s Quality Department were among her responsibilities. In the former, she worked at the H&M clothing brand and participated in the organization and opening of its largest headquarters in Europe. She studied Industrial Engineering at the U.R.U (Universidad Rafael Urdaneta) in Maracaibo, Venezuela. In her spare time, she is also an author, with a science fiction book that was published in 2019. Her hobbies include yoga, dancing, and engaging in outdoor activities.

Maissam Kaddoura
As a Project Manager, Maissam is responsible for helping manage the entire life of a project, from inception to completion. In this capacity, she ensures these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope. She also continuously oversees different initiatives and identifies and manages risks to see to it the project is delivered above industry standards.
Maissam comes to Profound with a bachelor’s degree in International Business & Management Studies from the University of Curaçao and a master’s degree in Marketing Management from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. Previously in her career, she had been part of the BPS & Deal advisory team at the former KPMG in Curaçao, where she was involved in strategic planning, process optimization, and partnerships. She also has experience as a Manager of International Relations at a corporation for international entrepreneurs in Belgium and the Netherlands. Maissam is passionate about traveling, engaging in outdoor activities, and food. She also enjoys playing sports.

Luis Pereira
As a Technical Solution Specialist at Profound, Luis is charged with managing our senior client accounts, coordinating incoming requests for the development team, and proactively scouting opportunities for our key accounts.
Luis comes to Profound with extensive experience as a Project Manager and Lead Engineer at Applied Technology Solutions, a company that is active in the energy sectors of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering, which he obtained in Maracaibo, Venezuela after having majored in the subject at the Lone Star College in Kingwood, Texas. When he’s not at work, Luis is an avid online gamer and is the leader of a gaming group of 20-plus players in a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG).

Karan Patel
Karan has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from India’s Saurashtra University with a specialization in Information Technology and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales. As our App Development Lead, he manages our website and mobile app projects.
He has occupied similar positions at Taylored Analytics and NSquareIT Digital Agency and his interests include exploring new business opportunities, acquisitions, traveling, cricket, soccer, and music.

Pritam Shelke
As one of our Web Developers and our Development Team Lead, Pritam is actively involved in the delivery of many of our websites. He also develops and improves the technological aspects of many of our projects and has developed many of our Custom Web and Mobile products in a Full Stack role.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Savitribai Phule Pune University in India and his interests include activities like Plugin Development, Theme Development, and making applications using Angular and React JS.

Sharyon de Lanoi
As our free agent UX Designer, Sharyon is responsible for ensuring that the user experience of the platforms and websites we build is fully optimized. He has a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economy from Hogeschool Utrecht in the Netherlands and a master’s degree in Advertising & Marketing from Coventry University in the United Kingdom.
Sharyon minored in Web & Multimedia during his bachelor’s studies, which exposed him to various aspects of design. This laid the groundwork for his career as a free agent UX designer. He brings extensive experience as a free agent brand and marketing consultant, developer, web designer, and UX designer to Profound. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his son, listening to music, and watching football matches. His favorite team is FC Barcelona.

Carlos Ortega
As a Freelance Web Designer at Profound, Carlos is charged with creating visual concepts for communicating the ideas, goals, and visions of our clients. He also specializes in Graphic Design and Interaction Design.
Carlos has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Design and Graphic Design from the Universidad Nueva Esparta University in Caracas, Venezuela. He has worked as a Web Designer for several companies in Venezuela and Curaçao, including Cybermedia, NEUTRONI, and Internet Caribbean Unlimited (ICU). Before joining Profound he was a Co-Founder, Partner, and Lead Designer at Spin Internet Media.

Kees-Jan Ten Hoven
Kees-Jan is our support to the Project Management team as an All-Round Support. He supports this team in receiving clients’ requests and distributing them to our designers and web developers.
Kees-Jan is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HBO Business IT and Management. He previously worked as a Junior Business Consultant at United International Management B.V. and as a Sales Promoter at People Marketing. His interests include fitness, reading books, and social activities.

Karim Sawda
As a Junior Developer, Karim is responsible for assisting the development team with debugging, WordPress development, and research and development. He is also charged with assisting the management team with content uploading and testing.
Karim comes to Profound with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Lebanese University Faculty of Sciences in Lebanon. He also completed a two-month internship at a company in Lebanon, where he concentrated on web programming with Java and worked on projects for all Lebanon municipalities. He was the company’s junior java developer. He enjoys long road trips, hiking, camping, basketball, and music in his spare time.

Christopher Gil Martins
As a Junior Software Engineer at Profound, Christopher specializes in the frontend side of web and app products that we deliver to clients in our web and app development projects.
His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a focus on data science from Boston University. Christopher comes to Profound with extensive experience working as a freelancer in data analytics, processing, and management. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing tennis, gaming, and creating Discord bots.

Andrea Amanda Faulborn
As Project Management Support, Amanda is charged with supporting the project management team during the entire life of the projects that they execute for our clients, from conception through live product delivery. She further assists the team in creating new and innovative digital solutions for upcoming projects.
Amanda graduated from the ICUC (Inter-Continental University of the Caribbean) with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She has worked as a Sales Representative and Team Leader at a health store and previously owned and operated a successful online store that specialized in dropshipping. Amanda is an avid reader and writer in her spare time, and she is currently working on a book series. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
The Creative Studio

Christy Beaujon
Profound has several client accounts that require constant strategic creative thinking, branding development, and campaign management. As our Creative Strategist, Christy manages the creative side of these accounts. She has experience working for a broad array of companies as a communication and branding consultant, advising them on matters of content creation, branding strategies, and concept development. With a sharp eye for image creation and image impact, she knows how to finely balance the use of words and images to create well-defined brands that speak to customers.
Christy obtained a master’s degree in Communication Studies at the Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands, specializing in corporate communication and public relations. Thereafter she attended the prestigious Royal Academy of Art in Den Haag, also in the Netherlands, where she studied photography and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. While studying in Den Haag, she worked as a Bid Manager for Ajilon Nederland, one of the world’s top 4 providers of Human Resource services, where she handled bidding projects, taking care of commercial strategy, brand proposition, and content creation.

Kenneth Ansano
As our Creative Marketing Manager, Kenneth oversees the activities of Profound’s Creative Studio team, managing the marketing efforts and activities for several clients and making sure deadlines are met. He thus always has an extra sharp eye on content and designs. Aside from his marketing duties, he also engages in graphic designing and copywriting.
Kenneth has a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management from the University of Curaçao and Profound has formed the launch point of his professional career. His interests include swimming and running.

Margery Booi
As Project Manager within the Creative Studio, Margery is responsible for and oversees all projects of this department. She studied Commercial Economy with a Major in Creative Marketing and Sales at the Hogeschool Rotterdam in the Netherlands. However, she eventually got her bachelor’s degree in Social Work, also at the Hogeschool Rotterdam.
The combination of these degrees worked out perfectly for her during her professional career as editor-in-chief and marketer. Margery namely comes to Profound with 10 years of experience as the editor-in-chief at One Media Group, a leading marketing and advertising agency in Curaçao. In that capacity, she was the publication’s editorial leader, responsible for all operations and policies. The most well-known publications she managed during that time were the Go Weekly and Insights magazines. Besides her work activities, she is a proud mom of two and she loves to work out, garden, and spend time and make memories with her family and friends in her spare time.

Zhandro Bonifacia
As Profound’s Lead Designer, Zhandro coordinates with the graphic design team for the planning and execution of the visual design and is ultimately responsible for making sure the clients’ needs are met when it comes to digital content.
Zhandro comes to Profound with a background in graphic design and desktop publishing, having held these positions at printing companies both in the Netherlands and Curaçao. He also owned his own business as a creative artist, delivering services in logo design, illustrations, photography, animation, and motion graphics. His educational background includes degrees in Printmedia Technology Specialism and International Graphic Design at the Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam in the Netherlands. His interests include digital illustration and painting and spending time with his family at the beach, watching tv shows, and movies.

Fazir Farah
Fazir is primarily a Graphic Designer at Profound and also assists the Online Marketing team in various additional activities as he runs the Social Media accounts of several Profound clients. He also lends his graphic designing abilities to the marketing activities of our offshoot agency Skenicash.
Fazir studied Marketing Management at the University of Curaçao and Profound has formed the launch point of his professional career in graphic designing. His interests include video gaming, cars, going out with friends, and graphic designing.

Robert Rodrigues
As a Senior Graphic Designer, Robert is in charge of overseeing all design projects from conception to completion. Other duties include creating original artwork and reviewing junior graphic designer drafts to ensure quality work.
Robert studied Graphic Design at the Miami International University of Art & Design and has over 20 years of graphic design experience. He has served as the art director at several businesses in Curaçao and the United States, and as a freelance creative artist and designer, he has completed numerous rebranding and mural projects for a number of companies. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing paintball, gaming, sewing, and drawing.

Nikita Noordstar
As a Multimedia designer at Profound, Nikita is in charge of shooting, editing, and delivering video productions for our clients. In addition, she does extensive photography work for the company and is adept at graphic design.
Nikita comes to Profound with extensive experience in photography, videography, and graphic design, having done all three for 9 years for the Curaçao Dolphin Therapy & Research Center. Her academic background includes a degree in ICT from the ROC Amsterdam in The Netherlands. In her leisure time, her hobbies include doing CrossFit, photography, and DIY projects at the office and around the house at her home. She also enjoys watching movies and tv shows.

Noe-Amy Maria
As Project Coordinator, Noe-Amy handles the logistics of the activities that the Creative Studio carries out for Profound clients. She also carries out quality controls on the department’s various media outputs.
Noe-Amy comes to Profound with an MBO degree in International Business, obtained at the ROC Mondriaan in The Hague, Netherlands, and with ample experience in organizational and coordinating positions at several institutions in Curaçao. In her leisure time, she enjoys sewing, making headbands and headwraps, and using her creativity to make anything else she can think of. She is also very passionate about dancing.

Timothy Vanblarcum
As an Online Marketer and Multimedia Designer, Timothy is responsible for everything marketing and social media related, as well as creating quality content for our clients through photo and video work.
Timothy graduated from The University of The Dutch Caribbean with a degree in Small Business & Retail Management. He has worked as a marketing intern, online marketer, and junior recruiter before joining Profound. He enjoys sports like volleyball (his volleyball team has won a championship), basketball, football, and bowling in his spare time. He also enjoys playing video games and spending time with his family.
Online Marketing

Joep Verweij
As one of Profound’s Online Marketers, Joep’s role entails growing the online presence of our clients through strategic outlining, planning, and execution of online campaigns. He does this through Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok while also managing and optimizing our many online campaigns for clients.
Joep has a degree in International Business and Management Studies from the Amsterdam School of International Business and a master’s degree in Marketing from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He comes to Profound with considerable experience in marketing and business consultant positions at online agencies in that same city. His hobbies include working out, martial arts, cooking for friends and family, and reading.

Timothy Vanblarcum

Skenicash

Somesh Nagdev
Somesh serves the function of Director at SkeniCash, a digital raffling agency with sweepstakes and a loyalty program in which consumers can win various prizes at the end of every month. As a creative digital company, Profound occasionally launches what we refer to as moonshot projects, which involve launching large new business ventures that appeal to a large mass of people, and SkeniCash is one of those projects.
As the Director, Somesh is responsible for business development and operations in addition to his duties of managing the agency and ensuring that all parts of the organization are running smoothly. He also manages the company’s inventory and frequently leads brainstorming sessions on what new creative programs can be carried out to elevate the services of SkeniCash to its consumers. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics and a master’s degree in Business Management, both obtained at the University of Curaçao. His interests include kickboxing and many other forms of martial arts.

Charis González-de Haseth
As our lead in Loyalty Marketing & Business Development, Charis leads and is responsible for the loyalty, creative content, campaigns, business development, and the marketing and branding strategy for Profound moonshots.
Charis comes to Profound with a background in loyalty, customer data, project management, digital marketing, and eCommerce. Her academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Marketing Management from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and the RSM Erasmus University Rotterdam, respectively. Upon her return to Curaçao, she joined the loyalty program company, Fun Miles, where she became a member of the management team and helped set up the company’s Data Services Department. She has also held senior positions at major telecom companies in both Curaçao and the Netherlands. In addition to her work with us, she also owns her own eCommerce company, of which the crowning achievement thus far was the construction and management of Goisco.com, the first online grocery store in Curaçao, owned by one of the island’s largest supermarkets. In her spare time, Charis enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, dancing with her three sons, getting creative with DIY projects, event planning, traveling, listening to podcasts, and working on local business start-ups.

Franklin Suares
Franklin is the Managing Director of SkeniPay, a SkeniCash-affiliated digital payment solution. It is an innovative payment platform that allows its users to make payments at numerous locations throughout Curaçao. Franklin graduated from HS INHolland in Diemen, The Netherlands, with a bachelor’s degree in Management Economics and Law. He has worked as a Senior Account Manager for Trust Companies and as an International Corporate Banking Manager at CIBC FCIB. In addition, he owns Thafra, a management business that serves as the managing director for other companies such as Strapitec Caribbean BV, Bunita Estate Projects BV, and Management Services Investa BV. In his spare time, Franklin enjoys music, dancing, and traveling.

Dionne Donker
Dionne is the Operational Contributor at SkeniCash. This entails assisting the SkeniCash Director in all the operational activities of SkeniCash, which includes doing copywriting and creating content planners for all its social media accounts. She also conducts the creative side of photoshoots with clients and sets up SkeniCash’s monthly live streams in addition to conducting customer support.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Small Business & Retail Management from the University of the Dutch Caribbean. Before joining the SkeniCash team she worked in the Marketing department of Spotlight Productions and ran the social media accounts of Curaçao’s former Minister of Social Development, Labor & Welfare. She is also an entrepreneur with her own business of handmade clothing, which she runs in her spare time.

Sharittée Peny
As a SkeniCash Customer Service Agent, Sharittée provides the customers of SkeniCash with information about the company’s many features. She is also in charge of registering the winners of SkeniCash’s raffles.
She has studied IT at the College of the Dutch Caribbean (CDC) and has also taken an online course in that field at Curaçao’s ABC Opleiding institution in conjunction with the Dirksen Opleidingen institute from the Netherlands. She enjoys listening to music, doing arts and crafts, being in nature, taking care of animals, and cooking.

Tiago dos Santos
Tiago assists in the day-to-day coordination and management of SkeniCash’s loyalty program operational activities as an Operations Officer. To meet customer expectations and company goals, he monitors, controls, and manages the loyalty program operations.
Tiago comes to SkeniCash with an educational background in ICT and Engineering, as well as experience in catering and customer service at a number of locations. He enjoys drawing and painting, soccer, swimming, nature hikes, dancing, and playing PlayStation in his spare time.
Profound Netherlands

Jefferson Martina
As a UX designer, Jefferson is also in charge of ensuring that the user experience of the platforms and websites we build is fully optimized. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Science from Utrecht University and has extensive experience in UX/Product Design and UX/Product Design Lead positions at a number of companies in the Netherlands and Germany.
Jefferson also interned in User Research at the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean in Trinidad and Tobago, and he is the founder of MediPix, an Amsterdam-based company that provides medical practices with solutions to securely and efficiently store their medical images in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In his leisure time, he enjoys reading, watching baseball and football games, and traveling.

Quintin Gilbert
As Profound’s Solution Architect, Quintin develops strategies and solutions for our clients’ digital transformation journeys. He specializes in turning business requirements into technical solutions that add significant value to clients. Quintin has extensive experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe, which he use on a regular basis to integrate the many disciplines in the projects of Profound.
Quintin joins Profound with substantial experience in the delivery of digital services, having spent six years at Accenture the Netherlands as an Oracle Integration Developer and broader IT Consultant. He graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Informatics and a master’s degree in Business Information Management. He is also a SAFe Certified Agilist, Oracle S.O.A. Suite 12c certified (service-oriented architecture), and certified in Oracle Cloud Platform Integration. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching football, as well as cooking new dishes, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and gaming.

Brian van den Broek
Brian is part of the development team of Profound. With this team, he helps with the development of custom large platforms, in which his main focus is on backend systems developed in Elixir. In addition, he also has ample knowledge of frontend and app development. Besides his position as a developer at Profound, Brian is a founder at Profound’s partner agency, Bravobit.
Brian studied Computer Science at Avans University of Applied Science in the Dutch city of Den Bosch and graduated with honors there in 2017. Soon after his graduation, he founded Bravobit with Stan van Heumen. In his spare time, he enjoys sightseeing in different cities, watching tv shows, and having an Amstel Bright on the beach when the weather permits.

Stan van Heumen
Stan is part of the software development team at Profound. In this capacity, he creates different kinds of software products for our clients, such as apps, websites, web-apps, and backends. In addition to his role at Profound, he is also a founder and software developer at Profound’s partner agency Bravobit.
Stan studied Computer Science at the Avans University of Applied Sciences in the Dutch city of Den Bosch. He has also worked at a software development company in that same city, where he was hired to create an application for archaeologists. In his leisure time, he enjoys watching movies and tv shows and having a drink on a terrace.

Wiebe Wijga
As Profound’s Scrum Master, Wiebe is a facilitator who ensures that the Scrum team follows its assigned processes. He skillfully removes obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting its objectives. He also works with our different teams and coaches and teaches them about the Agile way of working.
Wiebe studied law at the Hanzehogeschool in Groningen and has previously worked as a Scrum Master in the Netherlands for an insurance firm and a utility company. He is a family man who enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, 1-year-old child, and two Caribbean dogs in his spare time. He also enjoys ‘do-it-yourself’ projects around the house and is an avid collector of Nike Air Max 1 sneakers.

Matthijs Wardenier
Matthijs is our Managing Director for Profound Netherlands. He has a passion for everything agile and digital. His leadership approach is focussed on experimentation through iterative product management and he is uniquely adept at successfully delivering complex digital projects. Matthijs has a unique vision on organisational design and applies agile values to foster an environment in which people can thrive.
Matthijs was born in Curaçao and went on to continue his studies in the Netherlands. At the RSM Erasmus University in Rotterdam, he completed his MSc Business Administration in both Finance & Investments and Business Information Management. After completing his studies, he constructed a career in which he made significant contributions to the UX design practices of the Adidas Group Headquarters in Germany, was the Chief Product Owner of the KLM mobile apps for iOS and Android and was involved in many projects at well-known dutch brands such as Bijenkorf, Marktplaats, and Transavia.
Profound Caribbean

Royann Dean
Royann is the Country Manager for Profound in The Bahamas as the Managing Director of ONWRD Advisors. This is a leading agency in communication strategy, content development, and design in The Bahamas. In addition to working with clients in Haiti and Dominica, the agency has extensive experience in working with organizations in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
Royann is a creative economy advocate and the creator of Inspired/By, The Bahamas’ only discussion on design, business, and creativity. She has a decorated academic background, with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in Design Management (Honours) from the University of the Arts London. In addition to certificates in cryptocurrencies and blockchain, Royann has certificates in Digital Transformation from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology as well as certificates from IDEO U, of the renowned global design firm IDEO, and the Sotheby’s Institute of Art.

Joseph DeJonge
As our Country Manager in Guyana with his company Harpi, Joseph combines his expertise in management consultancy with the digital solutions of Profound to offer expertise in digitalization practices to companies in the Guyana market. Harpi is a management consultancy firm that provides services in Accounting, Business Continuity, and Capacity Building, among many other services, in South America and the Caribbean, with main operations in Guyana. They work with clients that are looking for a strong structure, strategy, and systems support to improve their performance and ultimately the long-term value of their organization. This has included clients in the sectors of entrepreneurship, academics, and finance, among many other fields.
Joseph’s academic background includes a master’s degree in International Business from the London South Bank University, a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investments from Baruch College, and an Associate of Science degree in Physical Sciences from Medgar Evers College. The last two are constituent colleges of the City University of New York.
