Objective
We aimed to increase brand awareness through online channels. And, in the case of their Paga Poko Poko campaign, our goal was to raise awareness of the product and drive conversion.
Approach
We created and distributed engaging social media posts and ads across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to enhance their social media presence. Additionally, Profound launched a new revamped website for Maduro Travel. And for their new travel product, we delivered tailor-made radio ads as well as Facebook and Google ads to promote its rollout.
Result
Our online marketing activities have resulted in a significant rise in customer engagement on the social media pages of Maduro Travel. And our execution of the cross-media campaign for their new travel product has brought them increased attention from customers over this new form of trip payment.
