Profound recently organized a team-building event in which the entire Profound team spent the day at a local beach. Besides engaging in fun and relaxing activities like socializing in the water while resting on floaties and playing group games like musical chairs and tug of war, the team also held a trivia competition with questions about each other’s interests and ambitions.

It was an amazing day in which the team really came together and bonded over the many mingling occasions, group activities, and even a spot of beach volleyball with an improvised net. We consider this an important component in our efforts to create a happy and healthy work environment.
