Objective
Tempo began operations in Aruba in 1993 and has since grown to become one of the largest players in the Dutch Caribbean labor market, with a client list that currently includes companies in Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Saba, and St. Eustatius. However, despite their success, they needed a rebranding exercise and a new, fresh-looking website that was more in line with current digital trends. And that’s where Profound comes in. It was important to create a stellar brand that people will remember.
Approach
We kicked off a comprehensive creative onboarding process with several branding design sessions conducted by our designers to deliver colorful design concepts for Tempo’s rebranding. The branding and design team contributed to showcasing all of the useful advice the company has to give and how to add value for its clients. Once those had been approved, our web development team took over the web design and development phase to build websites that are user-friendly from the start and display professionalism, knowledge of their product, and a positive attitude.
Result
The goal was to design a modern, professional website with a user-friendly layout where candidates could easily identify and apply for job openings. The client also wanted a unique, corporate, contemporary, and colorful branding output. In addition to the Tempo landing page, our web development team created separate websites for Tempo Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, and Sint Maarten where users could freely search for jobs and educational advice. We are also conducting online marketing campaigns for Tempo Curaçao and Tempo Sint Maarten.
