Creating a seamlessly integrated government landscape
Challenge
We often refer to the Government as if it represents one entity whereas in reality the government is composed of many entities, ministries and sub-parts. The government communication department contacted Profound – their dedicated digital innovation agency – with the request of seamlessly integrating the fragmented government landscape.
Solution
Following the brand identity of the different ministries a senior UI/UX design expert together with a profound marketeer, defined the modular blueprint, through which all ministries and government departments could be integrated into one innovative government website.
Results
Today, the Government website is among the top most visited websites nationwide, with over 1 million registered visits since our integration works were implemented. And just over 71% of this traffic has come from Curaçao. Incorporating predefined strategic communication and customer journeys has made the high-density content website highly accessible and easy to navigate for all citizens. This is reflected in the website’s strong user engagement; its bounce rate continues to average just above 50%, a clear indication of quality user experience.
