Development of an engaging and inviting website for asere cigars
Challenge
Asere Cigars is a boutique brand that crafts cigars with an exquisite balance of flavors, aromas and textures – defying the limits of perfection. Our mission was to create a digital platform to showcase their premium handmade cigars and set them apart from the competition. Creating a space where customers can explore the passion behind each cigar and to emphasize Asere’s commitment to only using the finest Caribbean tobacco.
Strategy
The aim was to introduce the product first to Europe before expanding globally. With the focus on locally sourced tobacco leaves, we wanted to put Asere Cigars on the map as a brand that’s built on honesty, quality and authenticity. The challenge wasn’t just to create a website – it was to create an experience that truly reflects the brand’s essence.
Execution
We began by setting the tone and foundation for the site, aiming to convey a sense of luxury and quality, while adding a personal touch by telling the brand’s story. Starting from UX/UI design, we carefully selected the color palette to reflect Asere Cigars’s identity and incorporated authentic product images to ensure a unique and personal feel.
A key element of the design was the identity, which was integrated across all pages to reinforce brand recognition. We also added subtle effects for smooth transitions to enhance the overall user experience without overpowering the clean, sophisticated look.
Results
The result is a sleek, developed website that embodies the aesthetic we set out to achieve. Distributors and customers from all over Europe reached out, and interest from the U.S. soon followed – making it an international success. Asege Cigars has taken a prominent position in the cigar market, pushing aside its competitors. Most importantly, their message of sharing the passion for exceptional cigars has been successfully passed on.
