Your primary goal as a Project Manager is to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget, timeline, and scope while making sure the client stays happy. The Project Manager plays a key role in fostering effective collaboration between internal teams and clients, ensuring that all project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded. The Project Manager is a vital member of the Client Solutions Department, responsible for effectively delivering Tech and Marketing projects.

• Utilize Agile project management methodologies to plan, manage, and execute Tech and Marketing projects efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Technology Solutions and Marketing Solutions, to ensure the seamless delivery of projects from start to finish.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining open lines of communication and providing regular updates on the project status.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget constraints.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in project delivery, proactively addressing issues and escalating them as needed.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Client Solutions Department and across the organization. This also entails taking over the project from our sales colleague and kicking off the project with the internal team and the client.

What you already bring to the table

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Dutch.
• Very appreciated as a plus: proficient in Papiamentu
• Communication and interpersonal skills to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and colleagues. You are a true team player and connector.
• A proactive attitude. “If not you, then who?” “If not now, when?” This means kicking the crutch out from under your excuses and leaping into action the minute it is required.
• You are a results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
