Your main goal at Profound
Your main goal is to strengthen our Project Management team by supporting the execution of Tech and Marketing projects. You ensure smooth project operations by coordinating actions, maintaining project administration, supporting planning and reporting, and keeping internal teams aligned.
Are you ready to Make it Happen?
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day execution across Tech and Marketing projects
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks; proactively raise flags and help remove blockers
- Carry out deliverables related to marketing and technology projects
- Support status updates and reporting (progress, next steps, issues, decisions needed)
- Help ensure clean communication between Technology Solutions, Marketing Solutions, and other stakeholders
- Bonus tasks where you can shine: supporting execution in CMS environments; WordPress experience is a plus
What you already bring to the table
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills and a natural talent for keeping people aligned and informed.
- A proactive attitude: “If not you, then who?” “If not now, when?”
- Bringing structure to a very dynamic environment is one of your talents
- Comfortable working with project tools (Asana or similar) and keeping things organized
- A plus: experience with both marketing and technology workflows (and especially WordPress)
