As a Creative Strategist, your number 1 goal is to enhance the impact of creative initiatives through client-centric marketing strategy and concept development. You use creativity and storytelling skills to develop content that captures the attention of consumers and drives business growth, and will formulate effective marketing strategies aligned with clients’ objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Your main goal at Profound

As a Creative Strategist, your number 1 goal is to enhance the impact of creative initiatives through client-centric marketing strategy and concept development. You use creativity and storytelling skills to develop content that captures the attention of consumers and drives business growth, and will formulate effective marketing strategies aligned with clients’ objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic thinking:
    • Develop innovative, audience-focused marketing concepts grounded in market insights.
  • Strategic communication:
    • Create clear communication plans, set measurable goals, and select the most effective channels. Present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • Storytelling: 
    • Craft compelling stories and content that capture attention and support business growth.
  • Collaboration:
    • Align strategy with creative execution, manage multiple projects, and thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: 
    •  Leverage data, research, and performance metrics to inform impactful strategies.
  • Client interaction: 
    • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their goals and challenges to provide informed recommendations and support successful outcomes.

What you already bring to the table

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 3–6 years of experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • English proficiency is a must; additional languages are a plus.
