Challenge
We aimed to give our client financial institutions an online presence and digitize their services, widening the reach of their brand and ensuring effective communication with their customers. We worked with them extensively to establish the digital transformation of their branch and offer their customers mobile services as well.
Approach
We developed modern and stylized websites in which visitors get an overview of all the services the institutions have to offer. We also gave them a presence on social media platforms and, in the case of one particular client, launched a blog series in which we provide articles that highlight the latest developments in their company as well as the latest developments in the financial sector.
Result
The end results were websites that engage visitors and are easily navigable. In one instance we also launched a client’s online banking service, with a user-friendly design while also meeting the highest industry-standards of security. It enables users to easily review personal financial situations and quickly make payment orders, among many other features.
